A great time was had at the 2009 SCV Camp 79 Christmas party. New State flags adorned
the walls completing our collection for all 13 Confederate States. New Members were sworn
in, Jay Whittman and Patrick Murphy. Mitch Crabb was sworn in as the new Commander of
McLaws Camp 79.
John Lynch as 1st. Lt. Out going Commander, Scott Gilbert, was given honors for his long
and dedicated service to the camp and preserving our Confederate history.
